Cycling Shelters and Racks

The UK Government is actively encouraging the increased use of cycles. Cycles are seen as a healthier and less polluting means of transport. Government initiatives include the national Bike It! Scheme aimed at school children. This scheme is co-funded by the Dept of Transport and the British Cycle Industry and is designed to encourage youngsters to cycle to school. Government grants to erect Cycle Shelters are available for schools which create a qualifying School Travel Plan.

These shelters are attractive external units designed to provide weather cover for bikes, motor-scooters and motor-bikes. For coastal locations we offer and recommend pre-galvanised powder coated steel (prices are available on request).
